urlauboman.de specializes in tailor-made travel experiences in Oman. Our services include:

• Travel planning: Individual tour design based on customer wishes.
• Local bookings: Arranging accommodation, transport, activities and guides through (local) third-party providers.
• Guided and self-drive tours: Collaboration with local providers.
• Optional flight booking assistance: Support for booking through third-party providers.

Important note: urlauboman.de does not offer its own accommodations, transportation, or guided tours, but acts as an intermediary. The tour is carried out by independent local partners who assume full responsibility.

3. Booking & Payment Conditions

• Booking: All bookings are made via our website or by direct communication with urlauboman.de.
• Payment: The total amount is due no later than three weeks before departure. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
• Payment methods: credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
• Changes: Changes must be requested at least two weeks prior to departure and are subject to availability and additional costs.

4. Cancellation & Refund

By the customer:

• Free cancellation until the payment deadline (three weeks before departure).
• No refund for cancellation after the payment deadline.

Through urlauboman.de:

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government measures, security issues), we will attempt to rebook. Refunds are only possible within the scope of reimbursement by local providers.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• urlauboman.de acts solely as a planner and agent. We assume no liability for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, delays, or service failures by third parties.
• urlauboman.de is not liable for any financial, medical, or other claims resulting from trip interruptions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with third-party providers.
• Travelers are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage, including trip cancellation, emergency care, and liability.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa). urlauboman.de is not liable for denied entry or travel interruptions.

6. Travel Risks & Customer Responsibility

• Some trips require physical fitness. Customers must assess their own suitability and inform us of any relevant medical conditions.
• The local laws and cultural norms of Oman must be respected. urlauboman.de assumes no liability for legal consequences.
• Adventure activities (e.g. hiking, wadi exploration, off-road driving) are undertaken at your own risk.

7. Third-party providers

• urlauboman.de works with carefully selected local partners.
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Complaints and claims should be addressed directly to them.
• Due to unforeseeable circumstances, accommodations or services may be subject to change. urlauboman.de will endeavor to provide adequate replacements, but does not guarantee the same quality.

• Data will be used exclusively to carry out the trip and will not be sold or passed on without authorization.

• urlauboman.de uses real and AI-generated images/videos for illustrative purposes.
• All content, trademarks and materials remain the property of urlauboman.de and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

urlauboman.de reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on the website. By using our services, you accept the then-current terms and conditions.

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes are initially resolved through mediation. If no agreement is reached, arbitration will follow. urlauboman.de does not cover court costs.
